Hello, culture leaders. This is your weekly challenge for this week.
I want you to double check that you and your peers have alignment about the goals that you are all shooting for. We just did some research on the last 10 years of our clients to identify the alignment or lack of alignment with leadership teams. What we found that is on average when clients reached out to us, they had less than 25 % alignment of their leadership team. So reach out to your peers, whatever level you are in the organization, and ask them, what the most important goals are that they are shooting for. Make sure that they’re the same goals that you have in mind. And if not, get alignment quickly because alignment of goals or your key results is the number one thing that you can do to drive a culture that gets results. Let me know how it goes.
