Your personal prime mover is the thing that makes you make the decisions that you make every day.

It’s the core of you. It comes even before your purpose.

We’ve spent a lot of time talking about personal purpose, but there’s something in you that gets you to choose what the purpose is, and that is your personal prime mover.

It is the genesis from which everything comes.

So I want you to spend a moment thinking about underneath the purpose statement that you’ve beautifully crafted.

What is the thing, the personal prime mover, the original thing in you.

That’s why it’s prime and mover. That motivates you to think the way that you do.
