Jessica has a natural way of getting you to see things simply...
so you can step outside of yourself and find the most authentic way possible to move through any challenges you're facing. That sounds all mushy and woo-woo, but it isn't. It's her way to deliver results--the kind you can see and measure easily.

Our Approach
- Getting people outside their comfort zones so new lessons can be learned
- Providing transformative learning through both in-person and digital experiences
- Demonstrating what is possible when these conditions harness the natural power of your inner knowing

Target Growth Areas
We are often brought into organizations to work with:
- High potentials who need additional support to reach the next level
- Managers who are valuable to the company but have key performance issues to address
- Executives who have been recently hired or promoted and need to make an immediate impact

How We Work Together
Once established, a typical executive coaching engagement is about 6 months in duration, but can be anywhere from 3-12 months, depending on the situation. The greater the change that is needed, the more coaching is required. Our process includes:
- Intake and assessment
- Goal setting
- Ongoing coaching and skill development
- Measurement of results
